房間昏暗，沒有熱水，性價比低，除了離機場近沒有任何優勢。周邊魚龍混雜。最離譜的是訂了兩晚，提前一天離店，跟經理電話理論後一波三折也才退50%的房費，真的是全球首次遇到這樣的酒店。但有一説一，服務員態度都很好，幫忙幹活從不主動要小費，做完就走，值得好評。 The room was dark and dingy, with no hot water at all. Terrible value for money in every way. The only plus is being near the airport, and that’s it. The neighborhood is sketchy and unsafe. The worst part: I booked two nights, left one night early, and after arguing with the manager over the phone, I only got a 50% refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have never encountered such an unprofessional hotel in my entire travels worldwide. To be fair, the service staff were polite and helpful, never asking for tips. But that alone cannot fix this terrible experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Personal sehr freundlich. Serives ist sehr gut. Hotelbar und Küche waren eine Empfehlung eines Freundes aus Nairobi sehr zu empfehlen. Sicherheit im Hotel war sehr hoch. Ausstattung war nicht gut.Lift war schon eine Woche zuvor ausgefallen. Fliesen sind defekt. Eine LED im Zimmer flackete. Tresor ging die Tastatur nicht. Mehrmals Stromausfall. hoher Straßenlärm ( gehupe ) ab 04:00.

Отель можно смело брать на пару дней. Рядом Carefurr, магазины, стихийный рынок. Близко до Жираф центра, аэропорта, Нац. Парка. В номере все понравилось, чисто. Шампунь, гель, водичка, чайник, чай, кофе. Есть ресторан, бар и комната для курения. Понятно это Найроби, гулять особо негде, да и опасно.

Once inside the hotel, the facilities are clean and the staff are friendly and very nice. However, the outside is terrible. Although it is relatively close to the airport, the surrounding environment is very dirty and noisy to walk around, and it is even more uncomfortable because of the ****** remarks of crazy local ***** ****** who are quiet to ***** ********* but go crazy when they see Asians. From then on, I take Uber when going out.
